TIMES SINGAPORE, PROBOLINGGO – Moringa could be some exotic plant for some people. But in this tropical country this plant is a common thing to see. And with the massive number of it, they turned it into a tasty delicious crispy chips. Just like Moringa Chips of Kerupuk Kelor Chusna Probolinggo.

Husnawiyah, the lady behind this tasty chips found that she could take a chance with the massive number of moringa grows around her house. She then do some trial and error to make the right composition for her product.

After finding the right recipe she then fo mass production for this moringa chip. She uses her house at Jalan Nangka RT2/RW3 Pohsangit Kidul, Kademangan, Probolinggo, East Java as her workshop.

"We made 3 variant of chips with moringa based. All have a tasty savory and kicking taste of moringa with a crispy texture," Husnawiyah said on Saturday (22/5/2021).

Husna welcome everyone who would like to join her business as distributor or reseller. She will charge her customers for IDR 10 K for a pack of 200 gr  moringa chips, or IDR 50 K/kg.
