TIMES SINGAPORE, SURABAYA – Onde-onde is the way the local called sesame balls which made of glutinous rice flour. In modern day people have elaborate the taste and added some flavor to it. Swiss-Bellin Airport Surabaya F&B team has created the new onde-onde to be brought to their guests and customers.  They made the onde-onde in 3 eye catching colors, red, purple, and yellow. Each color represent the paste that fill the onde-onde.

For the red onde-onde, it will be stuffed with red mung bean. Meanwhile the purple one will be stuffed with sugar apple paste, and the yellow will hold the authentic taste of sesame balls, i.e stuffed with mung bean. The nice aromatic sesame after being deep fried bring back your mood after a lousy day.

The 'Green Aplegrass', the signature drink of  Swiss-Bellin Airport Surabaya will also be a perfect companion to enjoy this sesame balls. This drink were made of honey, apple, screwpine leave and lemongrass. It will only cost you around IDR 40 K/set.

Other than the onde-onde, you could also try another tasty delightful dishes during your dining time at Swiss Bellin Airport Surabaya. Udang Goreng Gandum and Chicken Cantonese will be another good food to try. Besides, their buffet style dining on every Monday and Friday is a worth thing to give a shot.
