TIMES SINGAPORE, SIDOARJO – Commonly, you will find a normal round shape meatball, big or small or may be just a little bit long like a stick. But at Bakso Rante, a small bakso or meatball food shop at Sidoarjo, you will be taken to see another new look of meatball, in series of chain.

Located at Jalan Raya Nyamplung, Hyamplung, Sumokali, Candi, Sidoarjo, East Java, unlike the other food shop, Balso Rante trying to give a new experience to their customers through the shape of their meatball. They made it just look like series of chain that will fill your bowl.

Majid, the owner of Bakso Rante tells his story before opening the food shop on September 2, 2021, few weeks ago. He has to think harder to get a new sophisticated idea that has never been used by someone else.

This was because he wanted to make his menu look more unique than others. "It took me 2 months to find me the idea. We have bakso beranak that has hit the internet, and I want something different," Majid said on Sunday (19/9/2021).

After finding the perfect idea for his shop, Majid still had to think of ordering special equipments to create the perfect chain he wanted. He then find some professional to help him creating the pot he wanted.

After all done and everything set, he decided to make two type of meatball chain. One with only 3 series of chain an done other consists of 20 series of chain. "To me its a work of art," he added.

Bakso Rante of Sidoarjo food shop opens daily from 10.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m. A set of of this chain series meatball could be enjoyed for IDR 7.5 K for the smaller amount of chain, and IDR 18 K for the 20 series.
